Pete Dye Tribute

In January 2021, we unveiled a commemorative plaque honoring the life and legacy of the great Pete Dye on December 29, the first celebration of the date of his birth since he passed away in January.

The memorial to the World Golf Hall of Fame architect will reside just behind one of his legendary pot bunkers alongside the green of Teeth of the Dog’s visually stunning eighth hole. Teeth of the Dog is said to be Dye’s favorite golf course he designed and is widely considered the finest layout in the Caribbean. Mr. Dye and his late beloved wife, Alice, maintained a nearby home overlooking the course for decades.
